Why This Position is for You As the Aviation Maintenance Lead you will be responsible for cleaning jet engines with our patented foam technology and leading a team of 2-4 technicians. This role is physically demanding and can require lifting up to 50 lbs. We are looking for someone who can perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on company equipment, enjoys working outdoors and is focused on following safety/compliance processes while identifying ways to innovate and provide value to our customers. In this position you will frequently drive a vehicle under DOT regulations, work with heavy equipment, and manage (environmentally safe) fluid waste streams. You will also be responsible for tracking and inputting data into manual and digital forms as well as maintaining records of performance. Role Specifics Initial Responsibilities will be associated with site stand up as we open this location Shift Schedule - Night Shift, typically 9pm to 4am (2100 to 0400), 5 days per week Travel Requirements: 30%, average travel is approximately 1 week per month.
