The IT Contract Administrator is responsible for managing and providing oversight of various IT department contracts to provide the airport with seamless execution of successful contracts including overseeing and evaluating contractor performance against performance standards and contract terms, review of performance, and acting as a liaison between internal business partners for contract specific requests related to contracts. Duties As an ELECTRONIC INTEGRATED SYSTEMS MECHANIC, WG-2610-12, you will perform operational checks, inspections, tests and troubleshooting on electronic integrated systems composed of a number of sensor subsystems: Integrated Vehicle Health Management System (IVHMS), the Common Missile Warning System (CMWS), the Improved Countermeasure Dispenser System (ICMD), the Night Vision Goggle System (NVG), the Air Data Subsystem, the Attitude Heading Reference System (AHRS) and Doppler/GPS Navigation System (DGNS), Command Instrument Set (CIS) ; a logic subsystem- the Multiplex Data Bus System (MUX), the Multiplex Remote Terminal Units (MRTU), Data Link Terminal Units (DLTU), and Digital Automatic Flight Control System (DAFCS); and actuating subsystems-, and the Digital Automatic Stabilization System (DASS), which includes the Stability Augmentation System (SAS) and Command Augmentation System (CAS) and Hover Augmentation System (HAS). Complete operational checks, inspections, tests and troubleshooting of Line Replaceable Units (LRU). Complete bench check, testing, repair, inspection, modification, programming, reprogramming, mating, adjusting, alignment, and analyzing of LRUs and shop replaceable units. Recommend methods to improve equipment performance, technical data, and maintenance procedures by reporting hardware and software malfunctions, initiates material deficiency reports both on equipment and in technical data, and assists in design changes as necessary. When designated on NGB Flying Status Orders, serve as member of flight crew for the purpose of diagnosing and recording malfunctions, or otherwise determining maintenance and repair requirements. Guide lower level mechanics in the performance of duties. Processes and accounts for due-in supply assets. US Navy Avionics Technician Instructor/Facilitator Location: Chesapeake, VA Position Type: Onsite Summary: The US Navy Avionics Technician Instructor/Facilitator position supports the onsite operations in Chesapeake, VA. The instructor will provide training to USN and USMC personnel on how to identify, treat, and correct corrosion on aircraft components, ensuring that trainees can effectively manage corrosion control in line with industry standards. Responsibilities: Identify, treat, and correct corrosion on various aircraft components such as the frame, tail, wings, and engine, implementing effective corrosion prevention and control measures. Conduct HAZMAT identification, control, disposal, and tracking activities in accordance with EPA, PHMSA, and OSHA requirements, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
