AOG Aircraft Maintenance Technician (Contractor – On Call)

Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 30–60 per week
Job Type: Contract, Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus (after 60 days for qualified candidates)

About Us:
Rapid AOG LLC is a mobile aircraft maintenance company servicing corporate aircraft throughout Florida. We are seeking experienced AOG mechanics to join our Orlando-based team.

Important Requirements:

• Must reside in Florida – Out-of-state applicants will not be considered.
• This is a 1099 contractor position – On-call only. No guaranteed hours. You control how much you earn.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ corporate aircraft experience.
• Valid A&P certificate required.
• Reliable vehicle required for travel to job sites.
• Must be willing to travel as needed.

Preferred Aircraft Experience:

• Embraer Phenom 100/300
• Hawker 800/900
• Cessna Citation series
• Dassault Falcon series
• Bombardier Challenger 350/650
• Bombardier Global 5000/6000
• Gulfstream G200 – G600

Per Diem: $55/day for travel beyond 50 miles.

• Airframe & Powerplant Certificate
• Valid driver’s license
