Aircraft Interior Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Interiors Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess 3 or more years of experience working as an Interiors Technician on commercial (wide bodied, fixed wing) aircraft. This is a Long-term/Permanent career opportunity - NOT a short term contract.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain the interior components of commercial aircraft
• Ensure they meet safety regulations, functionality standards, and aesthetic requirements.
• Removing, installing, and fabricating various interior elements such as seats, carpets, panels, and cabinetry, as well as inspecting, repairing, and refurbishing these components.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working as an aircraft interiors technician.
• Experience working as an interiors technician on commercial aircraft is highly preferred (experience working as an interiors technician on wide-bodied, fixed wing aircraft is required)
• Must be able to work assigned shift (see employment details)
• Must be able to commute to or relocate to the Charleston, SC area prior to starting work
• Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen and a 10 year criminal history background check
• Must have a proven track record of stable job tenure
• **All applicants must be located in the US and be authorized/eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship.**
• Previous military experience can be beneficial but is not a requirement.

Employment Details:

• This is a long-term/permanent career opportunity (6 month contract to hire) - NOT a short term contract
• Compensation: $30-$36/hr (DOE)
• Tax free per diem is offered to those who qualify
• No tool required; No licensing required
• Work schedule: 5/8s (Thurs. ,Fri. ,Sat. ,Sun. ,Mon. - Tues. & Wed. off) 2 different shifts: 1st shift is 6:30am - 3:00pm & 2nd shift 3:00pm – 11:30pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
