Job Description
Manage airport permits, access cards, staff IDs and operational access for Head Office and Terminal; ensure compliance with regulations and protect sensitive data and assets.
Responsibilities:
- Issue, collect, and dispose Airport Permits/Passes (person & vehicle), Staff IDs, and Access Cards for J9 and T5 operations
- Oversee Jazeera Airways Permit Office (JAPO), including staff IDs and visitor/temporary HQ access cards
- Safeguard personal data, access cards, and JAPO records against misuse
- Ensure compliance with Airport Security Program and Airport Circular standards
- Coordinate with authorities (DGCA) and internal departments; escalate issues as necessary
- Manage departmental administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensure dress code compliance, ID display, and adherence to rostered schedules
- Handle company and service provider vehicle permits
- Apply/renew annual and temporary airport permits for personnel and vehicles
- Handle airside vehicle access permits/passes for operational needs
Requirements:
- Diploma or High School with 2+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years in airport security, police, government departments, aviation operations, or airport permit sections (advantage)
- First Aid / Fire Fighting / Airport Contingency experience (advantage)
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- AVSEC audit/inspection competency or certification (advantage)
- Strong administrative, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
