Job Description
Own customer database, segmentation, lifecycle programs, and marketing automation to drive engagement, retention, and CLV.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain centralized customer database; ensure data accuracy and privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Develop segmentation models; partner with BI/Analytics for insights
- Create customer personas and journey maps
- Design and implement CLM programs; run retention/win-back campaigns
- Use no-code automation tools (Braze, MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage) for personalized messaging
- Set behavior-based triggers; orchestrate event-driven workflows
- Plan/execute data-driven campaigns; track performance with GA/CRM; report regularly
- Improve engagement across web/app/social/offline touchpoints
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in Database Marketing/CLM/Marketing Automation (airline/travel/e-commerce preferred)
- Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
- Experience with A/B testing, behavioral tracking, and predictive analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
