Job Description

Own customer database, segmentation, lifecycle programs, and marketing automation to drive engagement, retention, and CLV.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain centralized customer database; ensure data accuracy and privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
  • Develop segmentation models; partner with BI/Analytics for insights
  • Create customer personas and journey maps
  • Design and implement CLM programs; run retention/win-back campaigns
  • Use no-code automation tools (Braze, MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage) for personalized messaging
  • Set behavior-based triggers; orchestrate event-driven workflows
  • Plan/execute data-driven campaigns; track performance with GA/CRM; report regularly
  • Improve engagement across web/app/social/offline touchpoints

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years in Database Marketing/CLM/Marketing Automation (airline/travel/e-commerce preferred)
  • Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing, behavioral tracking, and predictive analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
