Job Description
Leverage Adobe Analytics and BI tools to optimize digital performance; lead CRO, A/B testing, and dashboarding to improve conversion and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze web/app/campaign performance with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and BI tools
- Conduct funnel analysis, heat maps, and behavior tracking
- Monitor acquisition, retention, and conversion metrics
- Implement A/B testing for landing pages, checkout, and campaigns
- Recommend UX improvements to boost conversion and reduce drop-offs
- Develop dashboards/reports in Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Google Data Studio
- Provide weekly/monthly insights and partner cross-functionally
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Analytics, BI, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years in digital analytics/Adobe Analytics/BI
- Hands-on with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools
- Understanding of CRO and user behavior analysis
- Experience with dashboard tools (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau)
