Job Overview

As a Transportation Security Officer (TSO), you will play a vital role in supporting the mission of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Candidates who successfully complete the evaluation process will be selected for this position, which is critical to national security.

Work Schedule

• Airport Operations: Maintains a 15.5 hour-a-day, seven days a week flight schedule.
• Peak Times:
  • Monday through Sunday:
    • 5 a.m. – 6:30 a.m.
    • 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
    • 2:30 p.m. – 4 p.m.
• Work schedules may include non-traditional shifts, weekends, and holidays with minimal flexibility to accommodate personal commitments.

Position Details

• Part-Time Positions Available: 20 hours per week, five workdays of 4-hour shifts.
• Due to the nature of the job, employees are considered emergency personnel and are expected to report for duty during inclement weather.
