Job Description
Cross-trained front desk and ramp customer service; invoicing; dispatch support; coordinate services and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/greet customers at ramp and front desk
- Full-service concierge (fueling, catering, lodging, transportation)
- Stock departing aircraft; complete request and contract forms
- Escort/assist transportation; invoice fueling and handling services
- Opening/closing duties; update arrival/departure board
- Communicate aircraft call-ins and parking; dispatch fuel orders
- Coordinate with Line Service; maintain clean/professional lobby; maintain supplies
- Professional correspondence with customers/vendors
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED
- 1–2 years customer service (aviation/FBO preferred)
- Excellent communication; analytical/organizational skills
- Accurate records; multitask in fast-paced environment
- Differentiate aircraft types; understand military time and phonetic alphabet
- Proficient with customer service software
- Self-starter; receptive to feedback
- Valid Driver's License; ability to attain Love Field badge
