Job Description
Entry-level customer service on ramp; coordinate with Line Service; monitor flights; complete opening/closing duties.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/greet customers on ramp
- Concierge services (fueling/catering coordination)
- Stock departing aircraft with coffee/ice/newspapers/catering
- Escort/assist transportation needs
- Communicate customer needs; monitor ramp movements
- Work with Line Service to complete requests
- Maintain clean/professional lobby; maintain supplies
- Correspond with customers/vendors; multitask
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED
- 0–1 years relevant customer service (aviation/FBO preferred)
- Excellent communication, analytical/organizational skills
- Accurate records; multitask in fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn; creative thinking
- Valid Driver's License; ability to attain Love Field badge
