Customer Support Associate-DFW Airport

We are seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Support Associates for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions at DFW International Airport.

Starting Pay Rate at $17.00/hr + GREAT BENEFITS!

As a CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE, you won’t be stuck behind a counter ringing up customers. Nor will you spend time counting and reconciling money at the beginning and end of your shift. We are a cash-free business where technology handles the credit card sales transactions for us! Instead, our Team focuses on keeping shelves full of great products, organized and clean, and keeping customers happy! We provide job readiness training, so you are comfortable with how the technology works!

A few things that you must do in this role:

• CUSTOMER FOCUSED: Offer a friendly greeting, smile, and make eye contact with customers; ability to handle several customers at once.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Enjoy engaging with the customers: help to familiarize our cashier-free shopping experience, assist with product selection, listening to their needs, and answering questions.
• Must be able to work an entire shift independently, eight (8) hours or more.
• Must be able to multi-task by handling customers, stocking products, and assisting with product deliveries.
• Must have flexibility to opening and closing times (the location MUST by contract open at 5:00 am and close when the last flight departs-closing times may vary).
• Lifting 35lbs minimum and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to pass a thorough TSA Federal Criminal 10 Year History Record Check
