Thank you for your interest in employment with TSA. If you successfully complete the Transportation Security Officer (TSO) candidate evaluation process and are selected for a position, you will play a vital role in supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mission.
Local Airport Details
- Location: Worcester Regional Airport, Worcester, MA
- Hours of Operation: Dependent on airline flight schedules.
Work Schedules
TSO work schedules are based on operational needs and may include non-traditional shifts, weekends, and holidays. Due to the nature of the job, there's virtually no flexibility for personal commitments. Specific shifts are assigned post-training.
Sample Part-Time Split Shifts:
- 7:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. (Regular Days Off: To be assigned)
- 7:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. (Regular Days Off: To be assigned)
Sign-On Bonus
This location is not offering a sign-on bonus at this time. Recruitment Incentive amounts may change and will be determined at the time of the final job offer.

Free onsite parking is available directly beyond the terminal.

Travel and Training Requirements
Employment is contingent upon completing required training. A minimum of three (3) weeks travel in a full-time duty status may be required. Training may vary by duty location.
