Job Overview
As a Transportation Security Officer (TSO), you will play a vital role in supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mission. This position is essential for maintaining the safety of our transportation systems.
Work Schedules
- Work schedules are based on the operational needs of the airport and may include non-traditional shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Specific shifts are assigned after training and are subject to periodic adjustments.
- TSA employees are considered emergency personnel and must report for duty during inclement weather.
Potential Schedule:
- 4-days of 10-hour shifts or 5-days of 8-hour shifts.
- Shifts may start as early as 5 a.m. and end as late as 10 p.m.
Sign-On Bonus
This location is not offering a sign-on bonus at this time.
Commuter Details
- Public transportation to PVC is generally not available.
- Employees may receive access codes for the airport from the Airport Manager for parking.
