Job Overview: Transportation Security Officer (TSO)

We are seeking candidates for the position of Transportation Security Officer (TSO) at the Idaho Falls Regional Airport (IDA) in Idaho Falls, ID. Successful candidates play a critical role in supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mission.

Local Airport Details

• Schedule: 11.5-hour shifts, 7 days a week.
• Peak Hours: Monday through Sunday, 5 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Work Environment: Screening operations may or may not be temperature controlled.

Work Schedule

Shifts vary based on operational needs, including non-traditional hours, weekends, and holidays. Limited flexibility for personal commitments.

Part-Time Positions Available

• Hours: 16 - 32 hours per week.
• Shifts: Four (4) to five (5) days with four (4) to eight (8) hours per day.

Compensation

• Sign-On Bonus: Currently not offered, but subject to change.
