Transportation Security Officer Job Overview

Local Airport Details

• Location: Homer Airport (HOM), Homer, AK
• Operation: Seasonal airport with operations based on airport needs. Screening for passengers and baggage is conducted inside the terminal.

Work Schedules

• TSO work schedules may include non-traditional shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Specific shifts are assigned after completing training, with limited flexibility for personal commitments.
• Employees must report for duty during inclement weather.

Part-Time Opportunities

Candidates may be assessed for part-time positions, working up to 25 hours per week.
