Job Overview

We are currently assessing candidates for part-time Transportation Security Officer (TSO) positions. If selected, you will be required to work based on the operational needs of the airport, which may include non-traditional shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Work Schedule

• Hours: 15.5 hours per day, 7 days a week
• Peak Times: Monday through Sunday, 5 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Specific shifts are assigned after training and are subject to change based on operational needs.

Compensation

• Part-time Tour of Duty: 25 hours per week (days and hours vary)
• Currently, no sign-on bonus is offered.

Commuter Details

• Onsite parking is available for TSA employees at no charge.
• Public transportation is not available, and subsidies for transportation are not offered at MGW.

Training Requirements

New hires must successfully complete required classroom and on-the-job training, which may require travel. This training will occur away from the employee's airport of record.
