Job Overview: Transportation Security Officer
Thank you for your interest in employment with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). If selected for a position, you will play a vital role in supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mission.
Local Airport Details
- Airport: Page Municipal Airport, Page, AZ
- Flight Schedule: Seven days per week
- Operational Hours: Monday through Sunday, 5 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Work Schedules
- TSO work schedules are based on operational needs and may include non-traditional shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Specific shifts assigned after successful completion of training and are subject to periodic adjustments.
- TSA employees are considered emergency personnel and are expected to report for duty during inclement weather.
Current Part-Time Positions:
- 32 hours per week tour of duty
- Shifts: 3-4 days, 2-10 hours per day (morning and afternoon hours)
Sign-On Bonus
TSA is currently offering a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for this duty location, paid in two installments during the first 12 months of service. (Recruitment Incentive amount is subject to change.)
Commuter Details
- Parking: Onsite parking available for TSA employees free of charge.
- Public Transportation: Not available; transportation subsidies are not offered.
