Local Airport Details
- Location: The Eastern Iowa Airport, Cedar Rapids, IA
- Flight Schedule: 17 hours a day, seven days a week
- Peak Times:
- 3:45 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.
- 12:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Work Schedules
- Shifts: Based on airport operational needs, may include non-traditional shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility: Limited flexibility is available for personal commitments. Specific shifts are assigned after training and may change due to operational needs.
Employment Opportunities
- Positions: Full-time and part-time available
- Part-time shifts: 25 hours/week, five days of five hours each during morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
Sign-On Bonus
TSA is currently offering a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for this duty location, paid in two installments during the first 12 months of service.
