Qualifications * *Management personnel: Qualifications for operations conducted under part 135 of this chapter.* * Minimum of 10+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, including at least 7+ years in a leadership role. Must have * Must hold a valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license. * Prior experience with business jet maintenance under Part 135 required. * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive high performance. * Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and QA/QC protocols. * Experience working with modern aircraft maintenance tracking platforms (e.g., CAMP, FlightDocs). * Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills..
