Job Description
Grow revenue in the UAE market through new business development, client relationships, and participation in trade events; act as main liaison for key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain relationships with key clients; address complaints and deliver customer care
- Act as main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
- Maintain/develop relationships with corporate and government sectors; focus on SMEs
- Work toward targeted sales goals to source new revenue opportunities
- Understand customer business requirements; prepare sales reports and statistics
- Review sales performance; negotiate agreements and close sales
- Drive brand awareness for Jazeera products & services in the trade/market
- Gather market/competitor intelligence; represent at trade exhibitions/events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Sales or related field
- 5–7 years in key account management in UAE, preferably with an airline
- Native Arabic speaker
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts; strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
