SUMMARY: The Sr. Field Services Leader is responsible for providing expert technical support in development, expansion and performance of all field service activities and internal warranty reviews; establishes plans and strategies to expand existing customer support networks, expand market and segment penetration through technical expertise.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide field support for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of aerospace engine accessories including, but not limited to fuel controls, governors, compensators, fuel pumps, valves.
- Serve as a remote technical expert during scheduled maintenance, AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations, and system integration support.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components of engine accessories.
- Interface with OEMs, airline maintenance teams, and MRO facilities to ensure proper operation and integration of products.
- Conduct training sessions for customer personnel on product operation, handling, and maintenance procedures.
- Document field activities through detailed service reports, root cause analyses, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Provide feedback to engineering and product development teams on field issues and performance trends.
- Support warranty claim assessments and facilitate resolution of customer concerns in alignment with contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations, customer requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related technical field
- OR an additional 3 years of specific work experience in lieu of degree.
- equivalent military or technical training and experience may be considered.
- 7+ years of relevant/technical work experience
- 3+ years of direct experience with aerospace mechanical systems or engine accessories.
- Strong understanding of turbine engine systems and accessory operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in a field environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of building customer trust and rapport.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting/documentation tools.
- FAA A&P or equivalent certification or prior military aircraft maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with aerospace quality systems and airworthiness regulations.
- Familiarity with Pratt and Whitney and Rolls Royce turbine engines.
- Knowledge of ERP/PLM systems.
- Experience supporting military, business, general and commercial aviation programs.
- The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.
