Barista/Cashier

Position Summary:
As a Barista, you’ll be the face of our grab-and-go coffee shop and marketplace—crafting quality beverages, delivering top-tier customer service, and creating memorable moments for guests on the go. Whether guests are catching a flight or winding down after a long travel day, you'll be there to serve them with efficiency, warmth, and a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve Rooted Grounds Coffee drinks, teas, and light snacks
• Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and equipment
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Manage cash and POS transactions accurately
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and product rotation
• Uphold Marriott brand standards and service culture

Qualifications:

• Prior barista or café experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
