DFW Airport’s Aviation Strategy and Enterprise Analytics team seeks a data-driven Pricing & Yield Management Manager who demonstrates agility and drives change. You would build dynamic strategies to stimulate demand for on-airport parking products and monitor customer satisfaction of DFW-originating travelers. As an individual contributor, you would join a high-powered team of analytical and creative thinkers who leverage new technology and effectively build rapport with several internal stakeholders. What you will be doing: Bring the world to DFW and DFW to the world…

• Assesses parking product pricing strategies and historical/future bookings. Builds recommendations to drive revenue, update sales metrics, and increase product utilization.
• Proposes yield management approaches to optimize demand, revenue, appeal, customer experience, and loyalty impacts.
• Evaluates business agreements with outside agencies, particularly travel agencies or corporations, to determine related revenue impacts.
• Analyzes occupancy and revenue trends along with history, forecasts, economic trends and market share at the Airport. Monitor industry trends to drive demand, optimize asset utilization, and maximize revenue.
• Utilizes quantitative data from multiple sources to forecast revenues and occupancies resulting from yield management efforts.
• Analyzes business development opportunities from varying perspectives: finance, parking operations, planning, customer experience, customer loyalty and marketing.
• Develops data visualizations and models to analyze yield management program performance.
• Collaborates with Communications and Marketing, Finance and Transportation Business Unit, and IT Services teams to make Yield Management data available in multiple formats.
• Applies advanced techniques for diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Other related duties as assigned.

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business, mathematics, data science, machine learning, computer science, operations research, statistics, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in the travel/hospitality industry, yield management, pricing strategy, business analysis, business planning, data management, optimization or quantitative analysis.
• Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.

Desirable but not required:

• Airline or travel industry experience.
• Pricing, yield management, or revenue management experience.
• Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning techniques.
• Experience building data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau or Qliksense.
• Statistical, forecasting, and time series modeling experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial performance measures.
