BigFoot Staffing is partnering with a respected aviation maintenance provider to help grow their skilled team. We're looking for an Aircraft Mechanic with 3–5 years of A&P experience, preferably with a background in General Aviation (GA). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who either holds—or is interested in pursuing—their IA certification. You’ll play a key role in maintenance operations, partnering closely with the current IA and taking the lead on inspections, complex troubleshooting, and high-quality repairs. For the right candidate, this position offers mentorship and growth into a senior leadership or IA role. *Job Overview* We are looking for an experienced A&P Mechanic or IA Mechanic who would want to run their own shop under the Second Star banner. You would be able to work on planes without having to worry about the business side of running a shop.
