Now Hiring: Supervisor Lead – Line Maintenance
We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Supervisor Lead to join our Line Maintenance Team. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, support a team of skilled technicians, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Position Overview

The Supervisor Lead is responsible for overseeing daily line maintenance operations, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards. This role includes supervising A&P mechanics, coordinating maintenance activities, and serving as the primary point of contact for operational support and team leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

1. Plan, direct, coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities within the repair station FAA authorizations to minimize delays and increase production efficiency.

2. Revise and approve all the work orders performed in the Station assigned to under 14 CFR Part 145.

3. Ensure that only FAA approved, and/or accepted data is utilized on customer(s) airplanes at all times. Ref. 145.109

4. Train and assist his/her subordinates in proper procedures, methods, and practices required to perform each assigned maintenance task.

5. Ensure that all required documentation is available to all maintenance departments Ref: 145.109.

6. Ensure that each technician properly completes each entry for work accomplished.

7. Ensure the proper handling and preservation of all parts during the repair process.

8. Ensure proper segregation and storage of parts by customer and/or airplane(s).

9. Enforce and maintain a Drug & Alcohol-free operation and or workplace.

Note: The Station Manager may delegate all duties assigned, as necessary, to any assistant who meets the qualification requirements of the Station Manager under this section. However, such delegation does not relieve the Station Manager of the overall responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

The Station Manager must be:

Certificated under 14 CFR Part 65.

Able to understand, read, and write English.

Thoroughly familiar with the applicable regulations in 14 CFR Part 145 and with the inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to determine the airworthiness of the article on which maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations are being performed.

Proficient in using the various types of inspection equipment and visual inspection aids appropriate for the article being inspected.

Familiar with Repair Station Manuals and its revisions and or changes: Repair Station Manual, Quality Control Manual, Training Manual, Forms Manual.

Enrolled in the Repair Station’s Drug and Alcohol program
