Description

What you will be doing as a Manager - Maintenance Service :

In this role, you can expect to manage the preparation and execution of airframe, engine, and avionics systems maintenance. You'll oversee essential line service functions such as fueling, towing, and washing. Ensuring compliance with the Service Center Quality System in line with the ISO9002 Quality System Manual will be a key part of your responsibilities. Join us and take your career to new heights.

Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Supervise Technical Service Managers : Lead Technical Service Managers who oversee the operations of aircraft maintenance with lead maintenance and avionics technicians to ensure high technical quality standards

Oversee Aircraft Operations: Manage fuel dispensing, towing, and positioning of aircraft , ensuring efficient Line Service functions

Optimize Resources: Plan and administer staffing, equipment, and facility resources, preparing budgets and reports to enhance service center operations

Enhance Efficiency: Drive operating efficiencies in the maintenance department, focusing on labor utilization and billing efficiency

Implement Improvements: Develop and implement work method improvements by evaluating techniques and gathering recommendations

Support Sales and Estimates: Assist in preparing cost estimates and quotations, ensuring accurate and competitive service proposals

Ensure Safety and Compliance: Maintain hazardous materials handling standards, enforce safety policies, and ensure ISO9002 Quality System compliance

Customer Account Management: Review customer account status, respond to inquiries, and resolve billing issues

On-Time Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of customer aircraft and maintain performance statistics

Loss Control: Implement scrap and shop loss reduction programs to minimize expenses

Customer Feedback: Review and share customer evaluations with teams to improve service quality

Defect Reporting: Ensure proper submission of defect reports in accordance with regulations

Qualifications

What you need to be successful:

A Bachelor's degree in Business , Aviation Management, or related field is required

A minimum 8 years of relative aviation experience

Aftermarket repair/maintenance experience is preferred

A pilot's license is helpful

An ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority (if applicable) is required

Ability to maintain confidentiality when necessary and a strong work ethic is helpful

Capability to manage competing demands and frequent changes while effectively meeting deadlines is helpful

Collaboration and working in a team environment is helpful
