Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and airworthiness of aircraft through meticulous maintenance and repair. This role requires a strong understanding of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance procedures, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on various aircraft systems according to established protocols and regulations.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and scheduling repairs.
• Conduct equipment repairs using precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Execute sheet metal work as needed, including fabrication and installation of components.
• Collaborate with engineering teams using CAD software to support modifications and enhancements.
• Adhere to AS9100 quality standards throughout all maintenance processes.
• Safely perform heavy lifting tasks associated with aircraft components and equipment handling.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Experience

• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance required
• Familiarity with CMMS, CAD software, and precision measuring instruments is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in equipment repair, sheet metal work, and heavy lifting are essential for this role.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards, including AS9100 certification, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment is crucial for success in this position.
• MUST HAVE FAA A&P license

Pay: $62,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
