The role The Aircraft Mechanic position works as a team member performing inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance on piston flight training aircraft. The successful candidate will possess the appropriate personality to work in a fast-paced aviation environment while maintaining a constant focus on safety and quality. A&P Mechanics will also possess the ability to dynamically move through ATP's computerized logbook management systems, adhere to the maintenance and manufacturer manuals, and make safety-focused decisions on a day to day basis.
