What You’ll Do:
- Perform inspections and maintenance per FAA regulations and company standards.
- Conduct scheduled/unscheduled repairs on airframes, engines, and components.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Accurately document all maintenance activity.
- Work closely with the team to complete projects safely and on time.
- Mentor junior mechanics and support ongoing training.
- Stay current on aviation trends and technologies. Maintain tools and report any issues promptly.
What You’ll Need:
- FAA A&P certification.
- 2+ years of aviation maintenance experience (Part 145 preferred).
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions. Solid understanding of aviation safety and compliance standards.
