Position: Aviation Maintenance Instructor

Supervisor: Director of Education

Location: Concord, MA (Relocation assistance available)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Relocation Assistance: $3,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in aviation maintenance technology, adhering to FAA, State, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate and enforce proper safety procedures
• Maintain equipment and labs
• Keep accurate academic and attendance records
• Submit required documentation and reports on time
• Maintain a neat and orderly classroom or lab
• Foster positive professional relationships with students
• Collaborate with fellow instructors

Qualifications:

• High moral character and integrity - Background and Drug Screen Required
• FAA A&P certificate
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience (diverse experience is a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Prior instructional experience
• Preferred: Experience with a variety of aircraft systems
• Preferred: Knowledge of Airmen Certification Standards (ACS) for Airframe or Power Plant ratings
• Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and teamwork orientation
