This role serves as a key liaison between corporate headquarters and franchise operators, helping to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across all franchise maintenance operations. Essential Job Tasks: Training Delivery &Development Conduct hands-on and classroom training for franchise maintenance personnel on aircraft systems, tools, procedures, and company standards. Develop and update training materials, manuals, and SOPs to reflect changes in regulations, technology, and company policy. Train franchise personnel on safety protocols, maintenance recordkeeping, and company software platforms. Franchise Support Serve as a technical resource and point of contact for franchisees regarding maintenance best practices, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance. Support new franchise openings by training new staff, auditing facilities for readiness, and ensuring alignment with company standards. Assist with audits and quality assurance checks of franchise locations. Compliance & Documentation Ensure franchisees follow FAA regulations, manufacturer instructions, and internal quality control processes. Document training participation and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and company requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with corporate safety, compliance, and operations teams to communicate updates and support initiatives. Gather feedback from franchise maintenance teams to help improve training programs and operational procedures.
