Job Profile : The Aircraft Project Manager has a critical role supporting a large fleet of business jet aircraft. They organize and coordinate cross-functional teams comprised of aircraft subject experts and stakeholders tasked with delivering time sensitive aircraft projects. The Aircraft Project Manager provides strategic guidance and tactical assistance as required to each team. The output of this position is the “hands-on” coordination of various stakeholders tasked with ensuring each project is properly justified, implemented, and tracked to schedule. They provide continuous aircraft project and integration status, communications, and recommendations to Maintenance leadership and other groups. The Aircraft Project Manager will serve on the QA team as a fleet level leader of aircraft related projects, integration, and conformity. Responsibilities Manages the aircraft conformity process to ensure the aircraft meets all regulatory requirements and company standards. Prepares the document package(s) for the Chief Inspector for review prior to submission by the Chief Inspector to the FAA. Liaise, alongside the Chief Inspector, with all applicable departments to ensure a smooth entry into service of the aircraft. Overseeing pre-purchase inspection activities at the selected MRO. Manages the import and export of aircraft. Manages aircraft entering and exiting the fleet.
