Grow revenue in the UAE market through new business development, client relationships, and participation in trade events; act as main liaison for key accounts. Responsibilities: • Develop and sustain relationships with key clients; address complaints and deliver customer care • Act as main point of contact between key clients and internal teams • Maintain/develop relationships with corporate and government sectors; focus on SMEs • Work toward targeted sales goals to source new revenue opportunities • Understand customer business requirements; prepare sales reports and statistics • Review sales performance; negotiate agreements and close sales • Drive brand awareness for Jazeera products & services in the trade/market • Gather market/competitor intelligence; represent at trade exhibitions/events Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Sales or related field • 5–7 years in key account management in UAE, preferably with an airline • Native Arabic speaker • Ability to manage multiple client accounts; strong negotiation and leadership skills • Exceptional customer service skills Department: Sales Contract Type: Permanent
