Job Description: The Site Supervisor will report directly to the Site Manager and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the flight schedule, ensuring they are conducted in the safest manner possible. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the secondary point of contact with GFR/GGFR. Oversee workforce in executing principles, standards, and techniques of operations, QA, GOP, aircraft maintenance, and contract requirements. Ensure compliance with federal, DOD, state, and local regulations pertaining to aircraft maintenance and environmental protection. Implement strategies and metrics to track performance and apply countermeasure diagnostic tools to address gaps. Perform other duties as assigned.
