This position assists with installation, troubleshooting and repairing, and other general tasks related to the maintenance, installations and repair of Avionics systems and components on a variety of aircraft product models. Responsibilities of this position include: Troubleshoots and repairs all avionics equipment and electrical systems on aircraft Communicates with department manager or crew chief on any problems or repairs Ensure all work performed is inspected by an authorized repair station inspector Prepares various documents for record keeping purposes as required by company policies, FAA approved repair station and quality control manuals, all FAA regulations, OEM aircraft manufacturer manuals, etc. Learns, understands and follows the company work order and parts requisition process as written. Maintains a clean, neat, and efficient work area Repairs and calibrates shop equipment as assigned Top candidates will possess: Willingness to work on a team with both experienced technicians and mentor junior technicians with a calm demeanor Ability to communicate well in straightforward situations Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment Ability to analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Ability to write reports, business correspondence, or procedural manuals Excellent mechanical aptitude and a desire to work Other requirements include: Experience working on and troubleshooting aircraft avionics and airframe systems Thorough knowledge and understanding of FARs 43, 91, 135, 145. Experience working with and repairing the following aircraft systems: Autopilots, Flight Management Systems, Navigation and Communication Systems, EFIS, Aircraft Electrical Systems, Lighting, Pitot and Static Systems Any bench repair capabilities preferred A&P License / FCC License a plus Salary & Benefits Wage Scale: The wage scale for this position ranges from $22.00 to $44.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications and performance. As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be part of a team working to provide outstanding products and services to our customers. This position is responsible for inspecting, testing, adjusting, repairing, and performing other tasks related to the maintenance and repair of airframe and engine systems and components. Key Responsibilities: Performs inspections, servicing, and complex repairs on various aircraft systems and components. Efficiently and effectively troubleshoots and function tests systems, referencing manufacturer’s technical documents across a variety of airframe, engine, and component systems. Leads aircraft projects as directed by the Crew Chief and Supervisor. Expertly prepares and completes various documents for maintenance and modification record-keeping purposes, as required by FAA Airworthiness Regulations, Elliott Aviation Policies and Processes, FAA Approved Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals, and personal training logs (OJT). Proficiently and consistently locates and uses the appropriate technical data to accomplish all tasks. May require travel up to 20% of the time to other Elliott Aviation locations as needed. Supports, maintains, and complies with all Federal, OSHA, State, and local regulations, as well as Elliott Aviation’s Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies and Processes. Performs related duties, as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications: Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required. High school graduate or equivalency degree required. Thorough knowledge and understanding of FARs 43, 65, 91, 135, 145. Ability to attain & retain Airport Operations Area (AOA) badge or other airport requirements. Must obtain & retain designation as an Elliott Aviation Production Inspector (Blue stamp). Must possess excellent mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to work. This technician will be qualified to support our EC135 airframe. This is a key role to ensure our team can safely maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, care and customer service to patients. Responsibilities Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician. Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary and document part expenditures. Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company’s information security standards. General Summary: The Maintenance Manager will lead and oversee all maintenance operations within our MRO facility. This role ensures that all maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards (FAA, EASA, etc.), OEM specifications, and internal quality systems. The Maintenance Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians and support staff, driving performance, safety culture, and continuous improvement across all maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence. Essential Job Functions: Operational Leadership Direct and oversee all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities. Develop and manage short- and long-term maintenance plans to optimize labor efficiency and minimize downtime. Ensure timely execution of work packages, work orders, and return-to-service documentation. Assist in developing department budget and forecasting annual expected sales volume and profit in order to achieve department gross profit quota objectives Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless workflow and resource availability.
