*Job description* Aircraft Avionics Install Technicians work location *Centennial, CO* DoD Program long term contract -Per Diem for those that qualify. * Must have own tools * US Citizen * 4 years experience+ * Tools required * Must have secret clearance or the ability to obtain * Per Diem available for those that qualify *Terminations, ring outs, cable assemblies, terminating connectors, routing wire* FAA Drug Test *Responsibilities:* - Install, assemble, and maintain various avionics systems according to schematics, blueprints and specifications - Fabricate and modify parts as necessary to complete installations - Weld and solder components together as needed - Perform sheet metal work including cutting, bending, and shaping materials - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area *Skills:* - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks -Terminations, ring outs, cable assemblies, terminating connectors, routing wire Note: Prior experience as an Installer or in a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.
